The Law of Attraction explained: How to use it to benefit your life

In this blog I will be discussing in detail the law of attraction. I am going to quote from a great book, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. I am also going to quote Aaron Doughty, who I believe to be a very smart you-tuber that has helped me to learn a lot.

"The vibrations of mental forces are the finest and consequently the most powerful in existence." -Charles Haanel I have already touched on the subject about the power of our words and the effect they have on our lives. The same is true of our thoughts.

How many times have you heard the old saying "there is nothing to fear, but fear itself" - this reigns true in ways you probably never thought of. Fear is literally what brings you down - not the things we fear, but the fear itself.

What many people do not realize is that THOUGHTS HAVE A FREQUENCY! we can literally MEASURE A THOUGHT! A thought carries a specific vibration! And YOU emit the frequency that YOUR THOUGHTS carry!

You are a human transmission tower and are more powerful than any television. You have the power to tune into the frequency of the "channel" of the life that you want to experience - and you do that by emiiting that frequency yourself, with your thoughts, our words and actions.

Imagine yourself at your best: the best possible version of yourself. What do you wear? What do you do? Where do you live? How do you carry yourself? Now, act like that person NOW - you dont need to wait until you have a malibu beach house where you can do yoga on the beach to start doing yoga! You begin to act like the best version of yourself, think like the best version of yourself, speak like the best version of yourself - that is the frequency that will attract the things that exist in your most fabulous daydreams.

We need to know what we want - I mean really know exactly what we want. And then we hold ontu the thoughts of what we want, and do not allow any other belief to take root in our mind. Do not allow yourself to believe in the possibility of losing a loved one, of getting ill, of losing your wealth or of never acquiring your wealth - if you ONLY know wealth, that is what you will attract!

The problem is, most people are thinking about what they dont want - and then wonder why it shows up over and over! The reason people do not have what they want, is because they are thinking more about what they DONT want than what they DO want.

Do you put a lot of time and energy into "stalking" or checking out your partner's ex? You are simply inviting her/him into your life! Do you spend time thinking about "what will i do if this happens?" making plans for every worst possible scenario? Stop it!

If you dont see a way out - if you just cant imagine how youre going to get enough money to make ends meat, much less to live as you please - if you are worried about your health or your children: these are very low vibrating thoughts. These low vibrating thoughts will attract low frequency life experiences.

If you are in the mindset of "well I'll be happy once this happens" or "If i could just get that then everything would be ok" - allow yourself to be happy NOW - not as soon as - the time is NOW.

"your thoughts are seeds, and the harvest you reap will depend on the seeds you plant." The vibration of wanting is a very different frequency than the vibration of having. If you carry the frequency associated with wanting, you will continue to want.

Carry yourself instead in the high vibration of having and you will attract those things that you want to have - be it a soulmate, success, wealth, health: carry yourself and allow yourself to feel the happiness that comes along with those things and watch your life change.

See yourself living in abundance - dont just see it - feel it. Carry the frequency of excitement, of happiness, of joy and elation! Put yourself in the mindset of how you feel packing up the night before a trip or a vacation - now hold that feeling! smile! you will attract the things that come with that high vibration.

When you think about the things that you want, and you focus on them with all of your intention, then the law of attraction will give you exactly that, every time. And, if you focus on what you do not want, the law of attraction also will give you exactly that, every time.

If youre thinking "I dont want to be late, I dont want to be late" the law of attraction doesnt acknowledge the "dont want" - it delivers what youre thinking of, which is "late!"

The law of attraction is not biased to "wants" or "dont wants" - when you focus on something, no matter what it is, you are literally calling that into existence.

This law of attraction is always working, whether you believe it or not; whether you understand it or not. The power is there and should you choose to harness it, you will find that your life can be everything you want it to be.
